I have been a member for four and a half years. The friendly family atmosphere and worship experince itself is what attracted us to Sunrise. My girls fell in love with Sunrise on the first visit and we never left!! I am passionate about everyone feeling like they have a church that is behind them and supporting them. I want Sunrise to "walk the talk" in being a caring church. There are many good examples to follow here!! My vision for Sunrise is to be open to what Gods plans are for us and to always keep our focus on worshipping Him!

I've been at Sunrise since day one, or before day one. I am attracted to the vision of a very relational church that helps people in their daily walk. I am passionate about creative worship and fresh ways to communicate the old, old story. My vision is that Sunrise continues to grow and minister to more people, but that it keeps its identity and stays true to its mission statement.

I've been part of Sunrise, BEFORE there was a Sunrise Ministries. The people at at Sunrise really attracted me here. We are real people, struggling with real issues... and doing our best to trust in our real God!! I am most passionate about the donuts... actually the 'uniqueness' of Sunrise. People won't hear the Gospel, if they are not here, simple as that. So thru drama, great music & praise team, video's and photos, spirited sermons, Berlin Races, bowling parties, Whitecaps baseball, Rampage football, John Ball Zoo church, fireside BBQs & pot-lucks... all these things brings adventure to coming to church. My vision for Sunrise's future is to create a church where folks "want to come & be part of", then while they're here, God can capture their hearts.

My wife and I have been members for 2 1/2 years. We are attracted to the friendliness of the people and Pastor Dave's style of ministry at Sunrise Ministries. We are passionate about the Children and Youth Ministries, Mission Outreach, and church Home. My vision for the future at Sunrise is a thriving congregation maturing in God's Purpose for them.

We have been blessed to be a part of Sunrise from the beginning of its ministry. What attracted us initially was the people involved in beginning Sunrise Ministries. Sunrise is a church that is defined by the caring hearts of its people that reflects God's love to others, reaching out to them to show them that we are real people who serve a real God. I am excited about the growth of our Bible study groups and how people's lives are being changed and challenged through the study of God's Word. My vision for Sunrise is that God will continue to grow this church to reach out to the hurting people in our community.

My family and I have been members at Sunrise for about 2 years. We were attracted to Sunrise because of the the wonderful and inviting members, the large number of young kids (since we have a young family ourselves) and the wonderful worship style. We are most passionate about the Children's Ministry which is very important to us because the kids are not only part of the Church, but they are also the future of the Church. Knowing this, we need to do everything we can to foster their spiritual growth. I look forward to the day, with the Lord's leading, when our church has a place to call its own, allowing us to be a leading influence in the community that we serve.

My wife Melinda and I have been attending Sunrise since the beginning. Melinda and I followed pastor Dave once we were notified through Rachel Chapman where he was going to be preaching. We are more passionate about the growth, children and facilities! All three of these are very closely tied and you can't speak of one without thinking of the others. I am extremely excited about the direction Sunrise is going and I can't wait to see where we are in another 5 years. My vision for Sunrise is to grow in a very controlled manner so we never lose focus of the REAL feeling and meaning of Christ in our lives, as well as the vision of Sunrise Ministries.
